Brett has been planning his perfect proposal for months. Carefully emailing friends and family, Brett found the perfect spot for popping the question to Andi. With the disguise of her upcoming birthday, she thought this was just one annual celebration after another. As they arrived to 13 Celsius Wine Bar & Cafe, Brett had a visible anxiety on his face. All eyes were on Brett as he marched forward with Andi towards his “random” seat.  Like a well-rehearsed dance, Carleigh the waitress asked what wine they wanted, Brett stuttered some words, and Andi suspiciously asked, “Are you nervous about something?”
