Zilker Botanical Garden Proposal Photos

Proposals are funny because they rarely go according to plans. I was first asked to photograph the proposal after their hot air balloon ride, but the weather kept forcing us to reschedule the ride.

One thing led to another, and we decided to meet at the botanical garden at 10:00am. I disguised myself as an avid plant lover by photographing plants and trees. I tried to follow them as best as I could without appearing too much like a stalker. When the crowds disappeared, Jason got on a knee, and I got to capture it all.
